On November 28, thirteen European representatives of PLENT participated in a meeting to discuss the situation and functioning of the organization, coordinate interventions in the act of the following day in the European Parliament and plan future actions and development of the network.
The meeting took place at the Hygge Hotel in Brussels and was attended by representatives of the network from Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the UK.
Among the conclussions, a list of tasks to be shared was made and the decision was taken to try to obtain financing by including PLENT expenses in the project proposals for which the different associations of the network may request subsidies. Finally, it was decided to try a new meeting in September 2018, perhaps in Coimbra, Portugal, if funding is available to enable it.
